Description

Osprey Zenith’s on-site test team was responsible for E2E planning and implementing the entire test function of the project. Testing included;

  • Automated Functional System testing,
  • System Integration testing,
  • Automated Performance Load and Stress testing.

The team also maintained close liaison with external suppliers and business units to negotiate performance monitoring activities in combination with test failure scenarios under load.

We effectively managed customer expectations via weekly progress reviews against plan, consistently identified early life technical issues and addressed performance capacity bottlenecks or resource and/or skills gaps with Platform owners in FBN Design. We also identified key service improvement initiatives to assist FBN.

Project uses the Rational Test Manager as the tool for Test Case/Test Result management and Rational Clear Quest as the bug-tracking tool.

Description

Primary task to develop, introduce, implement and maintain overall End-to-End industry standard Test Process and Operational Procedure. Audit of existing process to identify current baseline testing practices, testing process workshops indicating scope, coverage and approach to developing Testing Process. Initiate and maintain effective partnerships with all relevant stakeholders and business units in order to understand their priorities and needs whilst obtaining stakeholders acceptance. Process scope includes but not limited to software developed, modified in-house, software that represents the modification of existing legacy systems and software developed on behalf of PWC by a third party. Introduced a formal, rigorous, re-usable and flexible Testing Process that covers unit, feature, systems, integration, UAT, automation, operations acceptance and regression testing.  Engagement, Estimation, Scheduling and Testing Techniques. Configuration management and Defect management process. Role and use of metrics, risk analysis, risk based test approach, reviews and inspection. Maintenance of the testing process. Gain management commitment, involvement and ensured that the proposed options met the organisational needs. Flexible Testing Process which covers RUP, Agile, Waterfall, V-Model, and RAD methodologies. Directing and Establishing the overall standards and processes for Testing and Monitoring within projects, in line with established standards and industry best practices.

Pagatech is one of the leading Mobile money services providers in Nigeria. Primary duties included holding scrum sessions with all stakeholders before development of each module. Managed a phased approach to implementation of the application encompassing SMS and online transactions. Vigorously tested integration with the major telecoms, DSTV and participating banks to ensure seamless integration between the application (Paga) and other external systems for money transactions
